Project Briefing

For this project our client was creating a sports brand called Rush. The owner being a crossfitter for a long time, noticed an opportunity in the market for a CrossFit focused sports brand. He came to us to create a brand identity and clothing design that would help him appeal to and attract his fitness audience.

“Rush stands for that exciting feeling when you make a new personal record, the moment you hear 3,2,1…Go!” said the owner. This is the moment that we’re trying to capture.

Our Approach

The brand identity for Rush needed to be versatile enough to be used online, in print and on clothing. Both in small and in big size. Therefore we created a logo consisting of a monogram symbol and wordmark that could be separated. A minimalist logo that appeals strongly to our fit audience that they could relate to.
